#13 – Bulgogi
Why not experiment this Christmas with Korean cuisine. Bulgogi, the national dish of South Korea, would be a great meal course on your Christmas table.
This dish consists of thinly slice beef, which is later mixed with sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, onions, wine, and is later grilled. Later, you can wrap your Bulgogi in spinach leaves and eat it wrapped like that. You can accompany your Bulgogi with kimchi, a special fermented pickle.
