#4 – Apple Brandy-Glazed Pork Tenderloin
Christmas pork roasts often use the delicious pork loin, which, although delicious, needs a lot of brining. Opt for cooking tenderloin, rather than loin, because it is a better option for shortening your time spent in the kitchen.
Cook the tenderloin until it is pink inside and later drench it with sauce with cider and apple brandy in it. Serve this meal together with mashed potatoes.
