#14 – Neck Bench Press
This alteration of the bench requires which you use a spotter for protection. The exercise nails your upper chest and the front of your shoulders supporting you fills out your shirt like a barreled-chest champion.
How to do: With a spotter in the back of you, lie on a bench, keeping a barbell above your neck.
Keeping your shoulder blades together, lower the bar in a slow and managed manner for your top chest just above your collarbone and decrease neck. Pause, and then press it overhead.
