#13 – Dumbbell Around The World
In this exercise you have to rotate dumbbell in the angle of 360 that’s why its known as dumbbell around the world. Tough but affective.
How to Do: Just start by laying down on a bench while holding both of dumbbells on your hand keeping facing right up just outside your hips.
In a 360 angular way, lift both of the dumbbells all together from the hips along the side of chest to just over the top of your shoulders and similarly follow the repeal pattern back to your initial position just outside the hips.
