How to do: Make a crab-walk position with your heels underneath your knees and your palms underneath your shoulders. Lift your hips, raise your right hand and left leg, and attempt to touch your toes. Come back to the beginning position. Rehash with your left hand and right leg. That is 1 rep. Do 10
