#09 – Four-Way Bear Crawl

How to do: Get on all fours with your hips up and your knees twisted 90 degrees while just your hands and feet touching the floor. Slither forward for 5 yards, ideal for 5 yards, in reverse for 5 yards, and left for 5 yards to finish a full square. Rehash, turning around the bearings (in reverse, left, forward, right).
