#24 – Incline Dumbbell Bench Press
If you are serious about your chest muscles then don’t miss this exercise that is heart of chest muscle making exercises.
How to do: Lay down on a bench with keeping backrest on set at angle of 45 degree inclined. Hold on a pair of dumbbells right above the chest keeping your arms straight and both palms turning right toward your both feet.
Lower the dumbbells in such a way right beyond to chest level, and then push them back toward starting initial position.
