#23 – Weighted Pushup

Adding load on your body while attempting any exercise helps to grow muscle sizes. This addition of weight to the common exercise force down the muscles to grow harder keeping your rep range such a low that is sufficient so you will pack on solemn muscles.

Adding load by plate or any kind of weight available like weight vest jacket, or bag of sand can be thrown over your back.

How to do: Suppose a position as pushup but wearing a weight jacket vest or with a sandbag right over your upper back or a plate that has some weight you can bear, balanced on your upper back. Both of your arms should be straight but hands must be wider then shoulders. Bend at both elbows and lower the body in such a way till your chest probably near enough to touch the floor. Then make a pause, and drag the body back up and do it over and over again.
