#20 – Cable Fly
When it comes to working their pecs, most guys just press. Adding the fly to your routine gives your pecs and front deltoids a new stimulus.
Famous trainer says : “Ilike the use of cables for this because they offer regular tension in the course of the entire motion”.
How to do: Connect stirrup handles to the high-pulley cables of a cable-crossover station. Clutch a handle with every hand, and stand in a staggered stance inside the middle of the station. Your palms need to be outstretched however slightly bent. Lean forward barely at your hips; don’t round your returned.You can also use a seat and do same while sit-in which makes it more tough and affective.
Without converting the bend to your hands, bring your fingers together. Slowly and repeat it again in reverse direction.
