#19 – Decline Dumbbell Bench Press
It is same as inclined dumbbell bench press but position is slightly opposite. This exercise contains an important role in making lower chest muscles stronger and making cuts from lower chest side visible.
How to do: Lie on a decline bench with your shins hooked below the leg guide. Maintain a pair of dumbbells above your chest keeping your palms straight. Your hands need to face your toes and the weights have to be simply outside your shoulders.
Lower the dumbbells in your chest and make a pause after which press them back as much as they were in starting position.
