#1- Avoid Sugary Drinks
Food in the liquid form involves various types of drinks which include water, soda drinks, alcoholic drinks, juices, coffee, tea etc. Not all of these are harmful except those which contain high content of sugar. Consuming sugar in large quantity will cause obesity, heart attack and diabetes. Most important the brain will register this intake not as a food. Sugary drinks are not good for human health. Make it an habit of drinking ordinary water, quantity of 8 glasses daily or a DE toxic water by adding some pieces of juicy fruits, lemon and mint in it. It will help you to reduce weight.
