Chocolates bars are not good for the body because one bar contain 235 calories, 13g of fats which involves saturated fats and 221 grams of sugar and refined carbohydrates. According to the American heart Association, sugar has no nutritional value, only increase the body weight and heart issues. It should be noted that excess of sugar can lead you to a dentist for several issues like plaque and tooth decay cavities. Biscuits contain large quantity of hydrogenated fats, vegetable fats, wheat flour and are cooked at a very high temperature which results in the production of fats. One reality is that you shouldn’t be fooled by thinking that biscuits are low of calorie or fat free.
