Everyone like to add more taste in their food and sauces are major taste enhancing. Examples of these are ketchup, Mayonnaise, mustard sauce, etc. Well it is just good in taste but are not good for the health. Mostly it contains tomato concentrate, salt, corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, and high fructose corn syrup (HFCS). HFCS has larger amount of fructose which tells our brain that we are Hungary. So it results in obesity because we will feel more craving while eating these sauces.
